These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tesseract.academy and the courses and membership services provided by The Tesseract Academy (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Memberships, Trials, and Billing
- Some memberships include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid subscription and you will be billed the applicable fee.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already made, except where required by law.
- Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout.
3. Access and Acceptable Use
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the courses and materials for your own use. You may not share your account, or copy, redistribute, or resell our content.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and trademarks on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
5. Disclaimers
Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific results. The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
