The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in the European Union that sets out new rules for how companies and organizations can collect, store, and use personal data. The GDPR is designed to protect an individual’s privacy, by giving them more control over their personal data.
GDPR has made it mandatory for all organizations to comply with the new regulations and implement stringent security measures to ensure that they are not violating any of the rights of their customers.
