If you would like to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you, you can do so as described below.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at stelios@thetesseractacademy.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include your name and the email or username on your account.
What Happens Next
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
- We will delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you, including your account and profile information.
- Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction or tax records) or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Social Login
If you registered using Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook, deleting your account here removes the data we hold. You can also remove our app’s access from your Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook account settings.
